This course is designed for students currently studying in SJK(C) Standards 1–6 who are having difficulties understanding the language and specialized terminology used in the course of the current Science and Mathematics curriculum due to the lack of a strong foundation in the Mandarin Language. Please note that this course is not a tuition course aimed at teaching the content presented within the syllabus, but rather focuses on helping students comprehend and understand the complex language used to convey information. Through clear explanations and part-by-part breakdowns of the language, terminology specific to course content and exercises, this course aims to help students with their understanding of the course content in Mandarin and allow them to easily understand the questions asked of them in exercises and exams, while also helping students further their Mandarin reading comprehension ability.
